Under its AE IDIQ contract with GSA, Cyntergy AEC provided professional design services (architecture, mechanical and electrical design) for front entry modifications at the Oklahoma City Post Office and Courthouse Building. The modifications to the building facilitate improved pedestrian traffic flow and provide expanded queuing space for security screening at the south entry of the building. New HVAC units were installed in the entry vestibule to provide necessary heating and cooling in the area. The project was designed to blend with the existing historic features of the lobby and underwent review with the Oklahoma State Historic Preservation Office (OSHPO) for approval. Other notable areas included in the project consisted of adjacent office space reconfiguration and an addition of an alcove for visitor waiting.
