Under a 5-year AE IDIQ with the Oklahoma ANG, Cyntergy AEC provided Type A and B services to remodel the interior, exterior and electrical system, as well as abatement of asbestos and lead for historic Building 635 at Fort Sill. The objective of this project was to provide a renovated office building conforming to all applicable and identified design codes, criteria, and engineering design standards. This historic building project required review and approval from the Oklahoma State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO).

Phase II involved the repurposing of this building from an officer quarters to office/administrative building for the OKANG, 138th FW stationed at Fort Sill. Additional funding was also developed under this Phase II to handle the electrical requirements discovered during Phase I.
